Hondata

Hello,

I purchased a P28 ECU with Hondata S300 v3 installed from Tegiwa. When connecting the ECU with the laptop and car, the following is occurring:

- LED Light of the ECU is flashing red.
- When connecting ECU with Laptop and car with IGNITION OFF, the SManager still reads the ECU as online.
- When connecting ECU with Laptop and car with ignition on, the option to upload and several other options are greyed out.
- In the SManager Information window under Calibration Storage tab there is written on the notes section "Stock US P28 (92-95 D16 Civic Si/EX). My car has a JDM D15B Vtec engine.

I was communicating via emails with Tegiwa on the above issues, but I have been going back and forth for several times and it is becoming really frustrating and am feeling disappointed with Tegiwa's after service. They are saying that the problem may be in the software and not the ECU.

Info on the SManager and Hondata S300 V3:
- Hondata Serial No.: 60607
- Software Version: 2.7.6

Tegiwa is not an authorized Hondata dealer. You may want to discuss the issue with CPL Racing in the UK as they are our UK distributor.

I got the same issue. Smanager will not install into my laptop. Windows 11 will not let it. Says I need x86 or itanium.@3:32 I gave up . Drivers will install. Software will not install.

This is a totally different issue. Please start your own thread and include what processor your laptop has.
