Ecu

So I recently got the hondata flashpro for my 2016 acura ilx. I downloaded all the software and usb drivers, but for some weird reason it won’t connect or read the ecu. Everything has a green check except the ecu . I had the ignition on and followed all necessary steps. Do I need an ecu adapter ????
