rotational idle possible?

Post by 6nfanatic »

Hi,
is it possible to have rotational idle? Best would be to active it via a switch.

Background: I am building a rally car with a k20 and toda a3 cams. I want some rough idle for when on the podium ;)

Rotational idle was designed for rally cars, in simplicity it is a professional designed misfire to cool the engine down since rally cars always have anti lag on, and it also gives it this really nice chop sound. Usually it is controlled with a switch on street cars so that they have a normal idle, and this rotational idle on demand. I hope I explained that correctly as I am just learning about it myself. I also would like to see rotational idle in kpro, I’m currently setting up an E85 turbo rsx on a 450 pump.
