what is the correct process to use the live tuning tables? select the live tuning parameters flash the ecu. Make your adjustments. I am a little bit confused on the rest of it. does the ecu update the changes automatically and save or do you have to key off key on and flash the changes?

When done, you need to save the changes to the tables and turn off live tuning and reupload to the ECU.

how come you have to turn off the live tuning before uploading?

Live tuning should not be left on when done tuning.
