Hondata not sending fuel pump signal

Good Afternoon,
I have a 95 Civic DX coupe. K20a2 swap, PRB ECU, running hybrid racing swap harness. Running KPro V4, 52216.
Been driving the car for several months now. Recently my relay (40/30) to my walboro 450 burned up. Was running 12 gauge wire to it. Replaced the relay to the fuel pump. Started running again 3 days later the pump wouldn't prime. Proceeded to swap relay, another brand new walboro 450, upgraded to 10 gauge wire and inline fuse next to the battery. Still won't prime the pump. Took a multimeter to everything and checked the relay under the dash, everything checked good. I'm now starting to think the computer isn't kicking the signal. Opened up the computer and only have the red flashing led. Tried connecting my laptop to check for voltage and I can't data log. I tried to wiggle the KPro daughter board around and re seat the screws and nothing. Don't know where else to go from here.
