I currently, just Flash my TSX ECU. I want to try it out on my wife's 2020 CRV. Can I unlock my flashpro and reflash her ECU then lock my flashpro back to my car?

No, it cannot be used on a different type of vehicle. It can only be used on a compatible TSX.
