Hondata

We are working to dial in our Honda LS VTEC (B18b1 w/GSR head). We have Hondata on and running, online with set timing to 16- go under hood and set initial timing at 16deg advanced on the motor.
Return to pc and hit ok and gauge in Hondata continues to read high at 24-25... Double checked cams and crank marks all line up tp TDC.

I have tried this a few times and can't figure out why it doesn't match up... New to Hondata so any help is appreciated!

When you click "close" on the "Set Ignition Timing" window, the ECU allows all the compensations for RPM, temp, etc to be applied again. This is normal.
