Ecu got replaced now hondata don’t work

Hello everyone and the hondata team,
I’m having a bit of a problem with my hondata working on my replacement ecu. I was hoping since the vin are the same with new replacement the hondata would read it. Now when I try to put my phearable tune back on it says this is not the vehicle. I was hoping this wouldn’t happened but since my ecu got fried unexpectedly and was cause from faulty hardness which mines was a 2019 type r I guess they had a recall for them. I tried to unmarry but would not read ecu at all when connected on ob2. Dealership put a new ecu and a new fuse box and got replaced under warranty. What can I go thank you and I love my hondata it’s been the best investment I made on this car so far

What is the FlashPro serial number?

Do you have the ECU it is locked to?

I don’t but I can ask dealership if I can borrow it just to unlock my hondata cause I really need it and I am short on money and car can’t be ran good since there is no tune
