flashpro connection issue

Hi Hondata , i am experiencing an issue while connecting my flashpro to the OBD2 . Flashpro sometime will just lost the connection (Green power light )off . I also running hondata app on my head unit on my fk8 . Please advice

Have you checked both the plug and the connector for bent or damaged pins?

pin should be good .it was just randomly happened and as soon as i replug to the obd2 then it works perfectly for a couple days . Usually it happens when i starting the car .

If you leave the FlashPro connected all the time you may need to unplug it and reconnect it from time to time if it does not respond.
