MIL for a split second at redline

Hey everyone,
I’m having a very weird issue with D16Z6 turbo Civic with S300 V3. The car will drive absolutely fine and will rev freely all the way up to the redline, however when it hits the limiter, the MIL flashes for a split second.
Immediately I thought this was the shift light, however in my calibration the shift light is set to over 10,000rpm, my redline is about 7,300rpm.
I checked the onboard datalog and found what I think is the moment the MIL flashes. I have attached a picture of the full list of codes, but what concerns me most is that the datalog shows the RPM as 65,535, MAP as 935.8psi and the ECT as -40°c. Obviously thats incorrect.
I also have issues with smanager locking up and crashing almost constantly if the engine isn’t running.
To me it sounds like an installation issue with the S300 V3 itself. I don’t have access to another S300 or another car to test my ECU in so I’m a bit stuck.
Thanks for any input,
Jack.
