Post by k20a2DC2 »

Chassis:
1996 Acura Integra K20a2
Engine 2002 RSX Type-S K20a2
Transmission 2002 Civic SI 5 speed (NRH3)
02-04 Engine harness with EG Civic/DC2 Phenetic Conversion Harness
ECU 37820-PNF-A11, 05433-3415 Kpro V4 Whiteboard #43710
Using k20a2 PRB base map with necessary settings disabled and gearing and injector dead times set using 234-9005 o2 sensor
No secondary oxygen sensor or exhaust cat converter.

Modifications to the engine:
RBC Intake manifold, Ktuned swap header, Karcepts throttle body adapter with stock OEM type-s throttle body
RSX OEM 310cc fuel injectors, Karcepts fuel rail, Koyo k-swap radiator,
AEM 3.5 Bar Map, -6AN Fuel feed and return lines, AEM 340LPH fuel pump with 14volt relay mod
Glowshift oil sandwich plate, Glowshift Oil pressure/oil temp Gauges, water temperature gauges
The engine has all new gaskets/seals, ARP Head studs, Drag cartel timing chain guard,
New Timing chain/guides, new water pump, new OEM thermostat
AEM 4110 UEGO Wideband not wired up, No analog/digital cable.

PROBLEMS/ISSUES:
Battery Voltage Fluctuation and random battery drain:
only sees 13.99volts while idle or running never over 14 volts
see the green scribbly line in the photo below
The battery is draining completely dead if the car isn't driven for 3 to 4 days battery will be completely dead.
the battery is Everstart and is a year old. 4 ground wire locations
1. Battery ground from battery to chassis
2. ground from timing chain cover to strut tower,
3. ground to center valve cover bolt
4. transmission ground front to the drivers frame rail

The speedometer is off a few mph and uses all 2002-2004 parts engine, engine harness, and transmission.
Getting a lot of knocks also what are some things that cause false knocks?

A screenshot does not really tell what is going on. You need to post the calibration used and a datalog showing the issue.
