Hondata

I can't lock my hondata flashpro to my vehicle. My vehicle is the 2020 China hatch cvt. I've sent email to hondata for so many times but got no reply,even one email back.
I can check my ecu id on the website and it says my id is supported by flashpro 2016 civic 1.5 turbo international which is exactly my flashpro is.
Pleas help me fix this issue. It has been a few months and I can't use my flashpro. Please help me fix it. I try it on every version of flashpro manager even the latest 3.9.2. It doesn't work. I don't know how to do.

I didn't use this registered email adress. It's good to get reply from you. Hope you can fix it as soon as possible.
