Issues with primary start and idle (K20A2 E85)

Hello all,
Thank you in advance for any help or pointers as this is my first build. Here is a parts list to give a direction:
K20A2 using PRB Kprov4
1700CC ID injectors
Running on e85 with GM ethanol sensor on the return line. Fuel pressure is 3 bar.
4 bar Map

End goal is to run about 10-15 PSI on a Borg S362.

Before I can get the car either remote or dyno tuned, Id like to get the car idling and driving so I can fix any issues that may arise before tuning day.

The problem at this point is the laptop will disconnect from the ECU around 20 seconds in. Seems like the ignition turns off for a split second. On the datalog it shows MIL is on when it occurs.
Using a Bosch 9005 o2 sensor, it will show 10.7 when the car is idling. Once this "disconnection" happens the afr will read ~14.7

Does it seem like this o2 could be toast? any way to test for such before throwing parts at the car?

Any tips or suggestions are appreciated!

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?
