Hello ! (EFICI) & forum goats i need some input
Attached is a datalog of me driving after experience very bad idle/hesitation/fluttering.
i tried to recreate the issue and caught it on the log at around 5 min mark.
I have spent the last 3 days double checking everything me and my guys can think of.
i even upgraded my fuel pump to a dw65 but the problem is still here (noticed going uphill fluttering, assumed pump was going bad)
We've checked alot of things but cant figure it out, maybe a bad batch of new injectors??
i also siphon out my previous gas and put new 94oct, same problem still.
plugs&coils and clips and wire connections look good.

So it looks like you ended up getting it tuned, correct? Only because I see you're not driving on my calibration in this datalog. At the five minute mark (ish), the ECU is transitioning in and out of open and closed loop at idle which it should not be doing. It also seems as though your fuel trims have been capped at 20% max, which makes me curious about a few things as well in the calibration. Looking at more of the datalog, it's kicking in and out of open loop on your drive off, that is where your issue is coming from. The ECU should stay in closed loop until you go near WOT, it shouldn't transition in and out of open and closed loop on part throttle take off. When it does that transition, it causes a hesitation or bucking feel.
Did your tuner give you the calibration too, or is it in the ECU only? I'd like to look at a few things in there that would tell me what's going on, without it I am making assumptions. If you need to email it to me instead of posting it on here that's fine.
Have you tried going back to the last calibration you and I built for your car? If it runs fine on my calibration, then that would tell you whether or not the issue is mechanical or the new calibration.

Thats something i didnt even think of! i will try the final calibration we did first thing tomorrow. Also the issue it going open and closed loop, & kicking in and out of open loop on drive off, how many possible ways are there that can happen. or is it strictly tune related??
