With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Your ECU came with the 37805-5AF-C410 binary. That's Canadian but we have seen that in Chinese vehicles occasionally.
If you are not making boost after a reflash then start diagnosing the problem but making datalogs and posting them here and also telling us if there are any error codes. The problem is not from the ECU identification because it worked ok once you returned to stock with the same 37805-5AF-C410 binary.

Here is datalogs
one for Civic 1.5T canada 2020 Hatch MT - Civic-Turbo-MT-2018-2-Tuned-High
+6psi no turbo log20220317..fpdl
This is for factory calibration
FK7-factory log20220317.fpdl
When I finished reflash it just only ACC LAKS and some auto drive system warning. They disappear a few seconds after the engine started
I noticed that BP CMD is aways 0 but the factory calibration is not

Good. As long as the throttle plate gets to 100% then it is ok.
