Hondata CTR MAF 500

Hello,
Purchase the new Hondata CTR MAF 500, installed and upload a calibration with Takeda Cold Air Intake with Hondata CTR MAF500, after 30minutes of driving it show-up: Emissions System Problem & Rev Match System Problem.

Tried 3 different calibrations and the same after driving 15 to 30 minutes it will show: Emissions System Problem & Rev Match System Problem.
Wonder if someone else got the same problem or I got a defective sensor?
Attached is one of the Calibration and Datalog when failed

You will just need custom tuning for that intake and MAF combination.

Why then that specific MOD for Takeda Cold Air Intake , (exactly what I have) is listed on MODs ?
Does not make sense been listed and not able to use ......
Can you tell me what parameters I need modify for me try to make it work?

All the MAF sensors are flow tested by Hondata before they are sold.

For some intakes if we get three different intakes and tune them we get three different calibrations. The stock intake is not like that. Some aftermarket intakes are.

You need to tune the AFM flow table for the recorded lambda.

Its any tutorial for AFM flow table modifications?
Or can you explain a little how to do it, sorry I have Hondata for a year but just experimented basic modifications .

Looking for a tutorial or explanation how to: "tune the AFM flow table for the recorded lambda".
I modify the AFM increasing the Mass (mg), see screenshot / but I got the same message again: Emissions & Rev Match Systems Problem

Another question is : how can I check if the MAF500 sensor is good?
