FlashPro Battery Consumption when Engine is Off

With the engine off, does the FlashPro unit shutoff too if it remains plugged into the OBD2 port? If it remains "ON", how many mA does it draw?
It shuts down, periodically waking up to check the ECU status. Power consumption averages out to about 9 mA.
