9th gen civic Si tuned

So I recently got an E tune from here and I’ve been checking my Hondata app. I’ve recently started having knock. Could someone please help?

Mod list:
1.) RBC intake
2.) RDX 400CC injectors
3.) Skunk 2 ... exhaust
4.) NGK iridium spark plugs
5.) Skunk 2 cold air intake
