2nd calibration upload that causes all systems to fail at 6k RPM

Hello,
I've uploaded my 2nd calibration that causes all systems to fail around 6k rpm. After driving around for a while just the rev match error stay on. After sitting for a few hours they eventually clear altogether and the process repeats if I go over 6k rpm. I've attached my datalog. This time I tried a 91 octane calibration thinking that maybe the Costco 93 gas is crap. Is there anything I can provide to help out?

When it happens get the error code(s) by datalogging immediately afterwards.
Datalog looks ok apart from at 4:48 when there is a slight lambda glitch. Looking at the AFM I'd tune for the intake first as the intake is making it run rich.

Ok. I can do that. Should I try calibrations with different intakes 1st or do you think this just needs to be tuned by a professional rather than the base maps?

Open your calibration. Open the Calibration window then sensors. Expand the AFM tab. Select all of the the bottom row of the AFM Flow table (the 'flow' part, not the voltage). Hit Ctrl+J. Enter -2 for percentage adjustment. Hit OK. Save calibration. Upload calibration to vehicle.
The fuel trims always want to be a little negative otherwise the lambda can go into oscillation. So I aim for about a negative 2% fuel trim; you're at about 4-5% so reducing the flow but 2% should be about right.

Thanks so much! Another silly question. When I upload a calibration from just the flash pro and not with my PC. How will I know when it's done and I should shut the car off?

The program light will stop flashing.

On the FK8 the tach will run to 8000 rpm, and when it is finished you can hear the throttle reset. Also I think the daytime running lights go out.

I was finally able to drive my car again today (snow has melted) and was able to reproduce the all systems failure at around 6700 RPM. I have 5 logs to share. I started data logging while normal driving, while the system failed, and after the system failed, plus another log after I shut the car off and turned it back on while driving normal. Is there anything you can see as to what is going on? This is also the map with the -2 air flow reduction as recommend above.

P0103 AFM reading too high.
Is the P0101 error disabled in the calibration? Not trying to sell you an AFM here...

It shouldn't be disabled. I didn't uncheck anything like that. Sorry for the ignorance, what does mean? Is it something I need to buy or turn on? Do you want to see my calibration file?

After doing a little bit of research, I can likely check the box in the calibration to remove these errors but the air flow measurements will still be off. So the best option would be to buy your CTR MAF 500? I'm going to do some track days this coming June so if you recommend this then let's go for it! Should I check the box for now to remove those errors?

Following up on this. Is the CTR MAF 500 recommend for what you're seeing on the data logs?

Just disable the P0101 error, which will also disable the P0103 error you are getting. It will not affect the reading of the AFM.

Excellent. Thanks!
