Lock VTC parameter

Ive just noticed recently that the Lock VTC parameter is grayed out. Anyone know why this function has been disabled?

Download and install KManager from our website again. You should then get build 2419 which will fix the problem.

Confirmed Fix: Even though I had the latest version reinstalling kmanager returned the Lock VTC Function.
