First time using FlashPro; questions about Hondata mode

Hey all, I have a 2022 Civic 1.5T (non-SI).
I had a couple questions before I try to upload a base map (just ordered the FlashPro, it hasn't arrived yet).
https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/i ... a_mode.htm
The manual tells me that Sport Hondata mode gives tuned power in sport mode and "stock" power in non sport (so normal and Econ)
Econ Hondata mode delivers "stock" power in Econ mode, and tuned power in non econ (normal and sport).
My vehicle has both sport and econ modes, thus I am unsure which honadata mode will be applicable to me - econ button boost or sport button boost?
If it's Econ button boost for Hondata mode, does this mean that "Normal" and "Sport" will now both effectively be the same, both getting the full tune, or are there still difference between Sport and Normal in this scenario?
Also, what happens if I just dont enable hondata mode at all?
Thanks
