OBDII Port Not Working

2002 Honda Civic SI
K20A3
PNF ECU
Kpro V4
Latest version of Kmanager

I cannot read from the OBDII port. At all, what-so-ever with any Autel, SnapOn or other scanners. I also cannot find the setting to turn OBD-II on in the latest version of K-Manager.

I've changed no wiring at all what so ever.

What do I do? I need the OBDII port working to pass emissions.

I can, but I need the ability to read from the OBDII port so I can pass emissions.

There is no way to disable the port using the K-Pro. We cannot assist with trying to pass emissions as the K-Pro is only for use in race vehicles. Please see: viewtopic.php?t=12518

I wasn't asking to disable it.

I'm saying, I'm unable to read from it in any way, shape or form, and I need to be able to read from it.

How do I re-enable it in KManager?

As there is no way to disable it, there is no way to enable it. It sounds like there is a wiring issue in the vehicle. You should try the ECU in a different vehicle and see if it can read form the DLC connector then.

I can read from the original ECU from the DLC port so I can confirm there is zero wiring issue in the vehicle and there is zero wrong with the DLC port.

This is an issue onboard the Hondata daughter-board itself.

The KPro does not control the OBDII port. It is between the ECU and vehicle.
