Can I use kpro v4 to remove my check engine light?

Hi guys, I have a rsx base model 5 speed . I put PLM racing headers on with their test pipe , no cat. I have both sensors plugged in, I’m getting a lean code p0171 after driving like 70-80 miles .
I need to pass inspection ASAP soon so I was wondering if I buy kpro. Can I just disable the light temporarily and get the monitors ready till I can actually fix the problem.
My inspection guy only cares if it passes the OBD2 test.
Before the p0171 code I was getting p0134 saying bank 1 sensor 1 no activity detected. I then replaced the primary sensor with denso and I still got the code back after clearing it and driving some miles . Then I cleared it again one last time and now I have the p0171 code.
