Racepak IQ3 with Universal CAN EFI adapter info

Post by Garrett_si »

Hi Hondata, in the past Racepak has a Hondata Kpro adapter for the CAN communication with the Kprov4. They obsolute it, but now the Universal EFI CAN adapter don't have the Hondata ECU un the drop down menu. They tell us to contact you to have the protocol. and telling us what ECU choice we could use.

thanks you very much for help

Our protocol is documented here:
http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/can_output.htm
and
http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/can_output_2.htm

They don't list the KPro; I'm not sure if they support it.

since they said me to make it user configurabled, I put it.

When I configure each channel, I don't find the same info has the help file you share me.

how could we choose the right info for the channel, if you have 4 channels in the same ID?

I attached a screenshot of the X660 Vnet ID from Racepak

thanks a lot

It looks like the CAN IDs are fixed and there's no way to divide each packet into bytes.

What software is the screenshot from? I will have a look.

The packets are described in the link above.
http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/in ... output.htm
Without the hardware I cannot connect with the software to see what the packet description method is.
