Quick question.
Thinking about buying the PRL flex fuel kit.
I'm running on
2020 si
PRL Race cold air intake
27Won Turbo Inlet Pipe
27Won Intercooler
Hondata +6 (sports mode)
27Won cat delete (not installed yet)
27Won front pipe (not installed yet)
for now. (Exhaust system on back order).

how much ethanol % with 91 octane can I put in the tank to run a base map tune from Hondata without a professional tune.

Example
I know 35% would be ideal. But can I go pure E85?
Or
any suggestion for Hondata?

There are diminishing returns the higher the ethanol content you go. Plus more ethanol means you will get lower MPG. YOu can experiment and try different percentages and see what works best for you.

while I have the Hondata tune for Ethanol do I always have to run Ethanol?

With a Flex Fuel kit installed, you do not need to always run ethanol.
