96 Integra k20a2 5 speed base map kal

What's the best base map .kal to start my car and use to get the car to the tuner?
Also looking for correct readings for sensors whether its temperature, voltage, percentages I want to compare my readings
No check engine lights except for the secondary oxygen sensor which is turned off
If anyone has a similar set up please send your kal Ill pay for help.

Transsion 02 Civic SI 5 speed (No reverse Lockout)
ECU Civic Si 37820-PNF-A11 Hondata Kpro V4 Whiteboard V4.4.9
The engine has ARP head studs drag cartel crank chain gear, Drag cartel chain, guard.
New gaskets, seals, o-rings (complete engine)
New NGK 6988 BKR7EIX-11 Laser Iridium IX Spark Plugs
Hasport swap axles, Action clutch lighten flywheel
Intake/Exhaust Manifold:
RBC intake manifold, Stock Type-S throttle body, with IAC
Karcepts throttle body adapter
Thermal gaskets at the throttle body and intake/head
AEM 3.5 bar map sensor, Stainless version
k-Tuned swap header, to 2-1/2" exhaust (NO-CAT)
02-04 RSX -S primary 02 wideband #234-9005
AEM wideband 4110 Installing now also
Oil pressure, Oil temp, Water temp, gauges
Fuel System:
Karcepts fuel rail
fuel injectors stock RSX 310cc
AEM 340 Fuel pump With relay 14v
Fuel feed and return -6AN Braided Hose (Should I change to PTFE hose -8AN Feed -6AN Return)
Fuel pressure regulator with gauge Summit Racing Branded
Fuel pressure set at 50 PSI
