P0500 code on PND kpro

Hi all
My k swap eg has p0500 code show up if I let go of throttle for 5-10 seconds when cruising. I have read lots of post about VSS but can’t find the answer. Also I follow the hondata instruction of PND ECU to connect the wires. Just wondering anyone have the same issue?
Here is my eg’s setup:
-1994 eg hatchback
-PND Kpro 4
-k20a2
-y2m3 gearbox from 02 integra type r
-hybrid racing conversion harness

Without the calibration and a datalog showing the issue its hard to speculate.
