Injector duty stopped rising with rpm

B16 engine
S300 ecu
Turbo 6262
Injectors RC 1000
Injector resistor box
Bosch044 fuel pump

The last two outings to the track I have blown headgaskets both times. This past weekend the first pass was ok no headgasket failure. The second pass the headgasket failed blowing coolant out of the overflow and radiator. The pass felt week in 4th gear compared to usual. I felt a couple break ups in the 3rd and 4th.
I reviewed the datalog looking for a possible lean condition but the afr's look safe the whole run.
I did noticed the injector duty stayed flat around 76% instead of rising through out the rpm range, which is much lower than previous races.
My injector duty has always risen with the rpm's into the 90 percentage area

Is there any idea's to why this is all of a sudden happening?
Attached is the datalog of the run and calibration
Thanks

Seems to be working as it should. Are you making less boost?

It may be a couple pounds less than previous runs. I have just have never seen a flat duty cycle through a gear like that in my logs no matter the psi amount. I thought maybe something was failing in the ecu.
Thanks for viewing my datalog, good to hear everything is working as it should
