I just got my vehicle back from build and tune. I downloaded Smanager. I am able to connect to Smanager via usb, but I can not get it to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth. I can connect my iPhone via Bluetooth but not my laptop. I am running s300 v3. My computer is a dell running windows 10. I can connect s300 via Bluetooth to my computer but I can not get it to connect in Smanager. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

I downloaded and installed the version you sent. The s300 showed up and connected but with no activity everything showed default default. And gauges showed no movement. So I connected the usb and now it’s updating the firmware in the ecu. How long does this take? It showed up and hasn’t moved at all.

So the Firmware update malfunctioned and now I can’t connect it at all. The light on the ecu is red now. What do I need to do?
