ok so i have a question hondata does't see duty cycle for boost controller.do i need to do wire to the ecu so hondata see it.right now it wired off a piggy back fuse from the fuse box inside the car.

I've never set it up personally, but in an effort to help you get going, check out the boost control portion of the Hondata FlashPro guide. The wire from the boost controller needs to be wired into the ECU using designated pins noted in this guide.
