kpro ecu not turning on k24

i have a 96 civic hatch and it had a k20z3 swap running just fine, then i swapped it out for a k24a2 and used all the sensors and wire harness from the old setup and now my ecu is not turning on, no fuel pump no spark. i used the same grounds (one to valve cover, on to the trans and the one from the engine harness to the valve cover.) inside the car everything works no blown fuse i tried a main relay from a working civic and nothing helps. iv left the key on and tried moving all the wires to see if something was loose and NOTHING. check engine light also doesnt come on.
