I was hoping someone with more experience with FK8's would look at this to give you some feedback. But how I see it, your actual AFR is following the commanded AFR at WOT nicely so the fueling looks pretty good. As far as I understand it, the newer ECU's don't actually record knock, you have to watch for knock retard to determine if knock is occurring. You are getting some knock retard right around 6300 on the WOT pull which means it might have a little knock up top there. Is it much to worry about, I don't think so, but I don't know for sure. If you want to post your calibration, or email it to me, we might be able to get some more data. That and a datalog with you driving normally on the street for 20 minutes would show how part throttle looks. Unless you're only concerned about WOT, then it's fine.

Wow thanks for the time to do this write up. Ok I could show more normal driving and pull 3-5 as well. I seen a little knock too in cylinders 3-4 but nothing over %5. I went ahead and reflashed it to 91 basic tune. Def feel a big power difference on 91 with the high flow cat it really wants to break loose in 3rd gear

No problem at all. Yeah if you can make a datalog in the 20-30 minute range of your typical type stop and go driving that would show us how things are during the 99% of your driving on the road. Then like you did, either make a third gear pull or a fourth gear pull from 3000-redline like you did. Choose third or fourth gear and use that for every datalog though so we're comparing apples to apples, then make a clean pull in that one gear from 3000-redline. Not sure how much hitting triple digits speeds in your area is safe, so we normally use third gear on the street to keep things safer.

Yeah it's too bad these don't record knock, unless I'm wrong, I'll double check. But keeping an eye on the knock retard is the most important thing from what I understand. We'll see in your next datalog how the knock retard looks and compare it with the ignition tables.
