Ethanol Sensor Installed not working

I have installed an ethanol Sensor, wired it with a 2.4k resistor between the power and the signal wire, went into s300 and enabled the sensor. I can't get any data to show that the sensor works. In display the sensor shows 0%.
I have a V3 S300 wired to AN0
I have the correct sensor
resistor is wire across +12 (vcc) and signal (Vout)
In S300 I enabled the sensor
I have 93 which the gas station doesn't say its 93 is ethanol free. (the 91 is ethanol free)
I feel somewhere in the smanager I missed something.
Please help, I've changed sensors out and ran new wiring nothing helps.
