Are you using cruise control/speed control at any point in this datalog?

I was curious because of how you had 0% throttle pedal but the throttle plate was open 19% or so.
The calibration you're using is too much for your setup, which I know because it's my calibration. If you want help tuning it for your setup I can help you with it. But I would start you on a different file to get started and dial it from there.
Let me know and I will send over the first file for you.

Yeah no problem, let me know whatever questions you have as we go.
Here is the first calibration for you. We need the datalogs to be 20-30 minutes in length with as much stop and go type driving. While on the drive, make one wide open throttle (WOT) pull from 2500-8600 so we can see the WOT fueling. Only do one WOT pull until I can clean up any big chunks in the next revision for you. Then you can have more fun with it. It will be close to start, but I don't want you to go out there and get too aggressive with it before we see how it looks.

Here it is, would I do better on no ethanol 92 or regular 92 ? Also I use this car for dd but also go hard on mountain roads, 6 30 min rips a week so feel free to make it a little on the aggro side

It wouldn't make too much of a difference with or without ethanol. For NA setups, ethanol doesn't make too much of a difference.
With your setup there isn't too much we can do to make it more aggressive. Your car already shows knock with the ignition that is in it up top so I had to pull some back. Once you do a race header and an intake like an HR or Skunk2 it would really open up. I changed the pedal map to my sport pedal, that might make it feel a little sportier, but I can only do so much with it all before knock shows up which you really don't want on your mountain runs.
Take this one for a spin and see how it feels. Drive it however you want, but be sure to get at least one clean pull in third gear from 2500-8600 and be sure the datalog is between 20-30 minutes. I raised the rev limiter up to 8600, I had it at 8300 on that first one, sorry about that. But feel free to drive it however you want, just be sure to get that clean third gear pull.

I kinda figured but didn't know how much potential was held back by stock tune, sounds great I'll upload a data log tonight or in the am, I plan on building it fully over time, it will become race car, and never be sold, but I just got flashpro and needed to get a solid tune, I'll try it out thanks again

Sounds good. It should be just about dead on in this one. The part throttle fuel trims were great, and the WOT fueling only needed a few adjustments. Yeah the cat is the biggest restriction, once you get the race header in there and the intake it really opens up with the right tune. It's pretty crazy to see how much they open up with a race header and a 3.5" intake. Biggest thing with your mods now is not asking too much for cam angle with your intake and OEM cat. Too much VTC and it loses power. You should like it with the sport pedal, sounds like you like to get after it sometimes.
