2008 si k24a2 ac clutch won’t engage

I came across a thread saying it could be a bad flash. I have a k24a2 I’m currently on a basemap. I’m in a 2008 si coupe. I’ve replaced every ac component. Is this due to a bad tune ?

Return to stock. If you still have the problem, then it is not the ECU.
