throttle problems

soy my 15 si does not open the throttle all the way. tried recalibrating it and nothing did ecm reset, ckp reset and throttle relearn and nothing. same thing with stock throttle and j35. when i do a throttle test with the scanner, it opens all the way and says no problem. i am fbo right now only making 205 because of this issue. anyone else have this problem or know a way to fix it?

Did you ever get it tuned? If so, did the tuner change the pedal map?

Have you looked at the pedal map in the tune to see if it's set to open to 100%? Can you post the calibration you're driving on?

Any datalogs showing the issue?
