2006 tsx MT Reflash

On the Hondata website for the CARB 2006 TSX 6MT reflash it has a picture of the ecu, key and immobilizer unit but also says:
"Do I need to send the key & immobilizer?
Only for 2002-2006 RSX and 2002-2005 Civic Si reflashes. All other reflashes do not need to send a key or immobilizer. Flashing the ECU does not in any way alter the immobilizer operation. "
So I would only need to send in my 2006 tsx ecu?
