I got my K24 swap (MR2 Spyder) tuned, then realized I should have plugged the MAP Port on the throttle body. Do I need to re-tune since I had a vacuum leak when tuning, or will the maps compensate once plugged?

You will probably need to discuss this with the tuner so they can check it and see if additional tuning is required.
