Krpo v1 Programmer troubleshooting

Hello and good day, i have Kpro that can datalog but dont have any data received and display in KManager. I tried programmer troubleshooting and get:
Green LED Red LED
ON Blinking ---------- when usb connected, ig power ON but datalog not start.
OFF Blinking ---------- After start datalog and connect to ecu.
No error code can detect, and readiness code appear not supported. What can be the problem?

Upload and download no problem, the table look good. and no sign corrupt data.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Online, Tools menu and click on erase ECU. Once that finishes, close the program, reopen, and then upload your calibration to the ECU and see if it will then datalog.

Already done erase ecu, close the kmanager, and re upload same calibration to ecu. Same click start datalog it automatically stop. And click again it not stop the datalog. But there no data display.
I try with fresh start calibration file also same. When datalog, the green led is turning OFF, red led is flashing.

Do you have on-board datalogging enabled in your calibration?

It should not be enabled.
What is the ECU part number and serial number that is on the white plug inside the ECU?

Can these ecu reset to factory setting? maybe like obd1 remove J1 just to look either the ecu ok?

This does not appear to be the ECU that this K-Pro was installed into. More than likely the ECU has not bee prepared properly to work with the K-Pro.
Where did you purchase this ECU?

These ecu i buy from internet in Malaysia. It only work like month, then the ecu start intermittent datalogging issue. Now it cannot datalog completely

I would recommend that you contact one of our international dealers near you and have them take a look at this as it could just be an installation issue.
