FlashPro for R18 - error

Hello, I have the euro civic R18 and I have swapped to US ecu, then we took the immo data to pair the keys.
Now, when I connect the flashpro to my car, it shows error, and nothing is working, datalog is not woking, it says error, Binary: Unknown, I attach the image of the error:

Mot likely the binary is a mash of some other binary and an overwritten calibration ID with the immobilizer disabled. Use the stock binary. Match the immobilizer. And that's as much as we can support when you do this.

By the way all numbers on the dash was messed up, also it couldn't let me put in 6th gear or reverse although its a manual, maybe there is some electromagnet on the stick controlled by the ecu.
Could all these be because of the messed binaries on the ecu?

We do not recommend or support swapping ECUS in to unsupported vehicles. There is nothing we can troubleshoot with this.
