So now that the turbo is removed, what do you have for an air intake pipe? The CX one wouldn't work without the turbo which is why I ask. Also, what do you have for a header or exhaust manifold, as that too wouldn't work without the turbo.
Does it still have the DW1000cc injectors?
Still has the Hondata 4 bar map sensor?

Are you driving the car right now with the tune for the turbo setup? If so, do you have any datalogs?
Does it run terrible, I noticed your message was asking to help make it run right.

If it's weird in vtec, then don't do any vtec runs yeah, just get some regular driving for now and we can go from there.

The datalog you posted isn't from today, the date says 5.31.21. And it's showing the engine making 8.6 psi of boost, so it can't be the right datalog if you have removed the turbo. The calibration file you posted isn't being utilized by this datalog either. Double check the datalogs in the FlashPro itself.

Yeah that looks better, so you're sure the calibration in the car is the one you posted? The first problem I see is the cam angle is not following the cam commanded angle whatsoever. The ignition being delivered to the engine does not follow the tables either. This leads me to believe the calibration you posted has not been uploaded to the ECU. Can you double check that, do you know how to check the last calibration uploaded through the FlashPro?

Connect the Flashpro to your laptop. Open FP Manager, at the top there is a tab that says "FlashPro", click that and a box will open. Then click the "calibrations" tab and it will say which file was last uploaded.
