Need Advice on K Series Prices

So I found someone parting out an RSX type S that had 196000 miles on it.
They are willing to sell the Trans, Shifter, cables, Harness and ECU for 1400.
I'm in the process of K Swapping an Integra and was finding these couple of parts the hardest to find as I'm going with a JDM k24A.
Is this a fair price or should it be lower because of the miles?
