E30 vs E30 (93 + E85)

There are a few gas stations that offer E30. I believe these are 87 mixed with E85 when you pump. How does this E30 compare with E85 that's self mixed (93 + E85) from a knock resistance perspective?
In theory, the self mixed (E85 + 93) would offer more knock resistance than straight E30 but has anyone tested this in practice?
