Burnout Rev Limit Switch - Voltage

I am dusting off an old project (94 del sol) after it's been sitting for many years (life got busy). I am looking through several manuals and searching the forum for info, but not seeing the info I need, and could use some help.
I've removed the factory HVAC controls from the dash and they're replaces with toggle / rocker switches. I have 1 switch that will be used as the Burnout Rev Limit Switch, and wired to the ECU B5 ACS input, to enable Burnout while switched on. What I need is a voltage source. 12v is easy enough to wire, but I'm not sure if the B5 input is a 5v or 12v ECU input, and do not want to cook the ECU.
What is the required voltage input on B5 (5v or 12v)? If 5v... what is a good source? I have included the Chilton's diagram for my car as reference too.
I might also be looking at it all backwards too. Is B5 a voltage source needing a ground, or a ground needing a voltage source?
Any assistance would be great.
