misfire help

used a 2012 reflash but cant get the misfiring to stop.no cat either. please help
Are you referring to the knock? I don't see any misfire codes.
I would be more concerned about the ecu trying to pull more than 30% fuel right now. The car is running very rich. Has anyone tuned this, or is this just a basemap?
What is your complete list of mods?
