I have a 2020 Accord 10 AT with
Mitsubishi stage 2 turbo
RV6 catted exhaust
PRL intercooler
PRL flex fuel
PRL stage 1 intake

Which of the basemaps should I start with prior to getting a custom tune? I was thinking CTR turbo, but how would I adjust for the flex fuel? Thank you.

I never got an answer to my original question.
Got it custom tuned starting with the CTR basemap. Drives well, but the dyno numbers are well below others' with similar modifications (roughly 279hp).
One reason is that my tuner said that the target boost in the basemap is only 16psi. That seems lower than stock, but my tuner didn't want to go higher in case it is for safety reasons. Any idea why the target is so low and if it's safe to adjust up?

This is something you'll have to discuss with your tuner as only they will be able to measure what it is doing on the dyno and make adjustments as needed.
