i have everything figured out now. Except one thing: ONLY when i restart my car after driving around and letting it cool below 60°C it will do this until it reaches 60°C again. After 60°C it suddenly idles perfectly. Total coldstart also works. When heating up after a coldstart it takes a while for the RPMs do drop to 850 after giving it some gas. Thats all. When the car is fully warm it works like a charm.

What vehicle is this on, and what throttle body are you using?

Stock b16a2 throttle body. But I already got it worked out. When i decrease the iacv duty cycle it calms down.
