I tried flashing my ECU with the "Civic Turbo MT 2017, +3 psi, EPA/CARB compliant" tune, and there were a ton of error codes.

After that I tried to reset it to stock, and I got Lane Keep Assistant and Collision mitigation problem showing up on my dashboard. Is there anything I can do before I contact my dealer in shame?

Just drive it and the errors should go away after a few miles.

If you get errors you need to datalog and see what errors you get.
