Flashpro cannot lock to vehicles: "This Flashpro can only be used with 2016+ 1.5T Americas vehicles."

Hello everyone, i need some help here, i cannot lock the flashpro into my 2020 civic hatch 1.5T CVT, it says: "This FlashPro can only be used with civic 2016+ 1.5T Americas vehicles. The current vehicle is a civic 1.5T Indonesia 2019 UF1 CVT". I wonder what's the problem and how to fix it?

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

I am from Indonesia and apparently i bought the wrong flashpro, the Americas serial, not the International...... but can this thing work on non-US civic 1.5T? i've waited 2 months finally, and i just knowing that i bought the wrong one....

No it will not work. You will need to purchase the correct FlashPro for your vehicle. Entering your ECU part number on the website tells you which is the correct one for your vehicle.
