Analog input frequency / speed supported?

What is the max analog input frequency / speed supported by the s300 v3?
It's analog. It does not have a frequency range.
But if you mean samples per second, it varies based on what the ECU can output. If you do an on board datalog and look at the frame sensor vs time you can work it out.
